I absolutely cannot recommend this business enough. I purchased my 2018 GMC Terrain with a salvage title through this business when I saw it listed on eBay. It’s nerve wracking buying a car online that you’ve never seen in person. However, I worked with Blake the entire time and the process was better than any dealership you could ever imagine. In fact, I enjoyed this process 10x more than buying a clean title from a dealership. Blake was extremely professional, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He was always very quick to respond and even spent 30 minutes on FaceTime with me so that I could ask any questions and see whatever I wanted to. Another key part of this experience is this: these guys will NOT abandon you after they know they have a sale. As of now they have been paid I have the title in my hand…but Blake will still answer any questions I have. To me, that’s outstanding customer service and care. I have been driving my car for about 3 weeks and I absolutely love it. Not only do they have an amazing team repairing these vehicles for sale, but their salesmen and process is 2nd to none.
